These are the official Terms and Conditions for Festival of Vape. The Event will be held 13 – 14 November 2024 at Soul Beach, JA The Resort Exit No 13, Sheik Zayed – Jebel Ali Freezone – Dubai – United Arab Emirates. By registering and participating in the Event, the entrant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

Festival of Vape will not be held liable for any accommodation or associated travel costs should the event be cancelled or rescheduled.

By attending Festival of Vape, you give permission for Vapouround staff, the venue, the events team, the security team, journalists and any other photographers, vloggers or videographers to record you for the purposes of promotion, entertainment or security.

Festival of Vape will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any property brought into the venue.

All attendees are expected to behave in orderly and respectful fashion for the duration of the event.

The Event is open to those who are over 21 years of age on the day of the Event and have a valid ticket or purchase a ticket on the door.

Entry per ticket is limited to one entry per person and any additional, subsequent entries will be void. There will also be some tickets available on the door, these will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Registration for the Event will open January 2024. The Entrant will need to provide this booking confirmation as well as a valid ID to gain access to the Event.

This website is intended solely for Users who are 21 years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the website by anyone under 21 is unauthorised.

To participate in the Event, personal information is required. This information will be used to administer the Event and keep you up to date about other similar events and news. By accepting the T&C’s, you Agree to personal info use.

No insurance provided by Festival of Vape for illness, injury, or damage resulting from Event participation/attendance.
